How to pay for your Clear Profiles report

Paying with crypto — a first-timer's guide

Crypto is the cheapest, fastest, and most globally-available way to pay for your report, and it gets an automatic $5 discount at checkout. Here's exactly how it works if you've never done it before.

    The $5 discount is applied automatically. You don't need a coupon code.

    You'll see a wallet address, an exact amount, and the supported networks

    We currently accept USDT and USDC on Tron (TRC-20) and Ethereum (ERC-20), plus BTC, ETH, and other major coins. Pick the coin and network you already hold — or the cheapest to send if you're buying it for the first time (USDT on Tron / TRC-20 usually has the lowest fees).

    Don't own crypto yet? Buy some on a regulated exchange

    Popular options include Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, and Bitget, or a trusted local P2P marketplace. Fund the account with your bank card or bank transfer, buy the coin you picked in step 2, then withdraw it to the address shown on our checkout page.

    Send the exact amount, on the exact network, in one transaction

    Copy-paste the address — never retype it. Double-check the network matches (a USDT transfer sent on Ethereum to a Tron address is lost). Send the full amount in a single transaction, not in parts.

    Wait for network confirmation

    Confirmation is automatic. Most networks confirm in a few minutes; Bitcoin can take up to 30 minutes. As soon as the payment confirms, your account unlocks and you can continue with your report.

Three rules that prevent 99% of crypto mistakes: match the network exactly, send the exact amount, and use one transaction. If in doubt, email hello@getclearprofile.com before you send.

Paying from India

We don't currently support India-issued cards, and our payment processor doesn't offer India-native methods for us right now. You have two good alternatives.

Recommended: pay with crypto

It's the cheapest option (automatic $5 off), it's fast, and it's fully covered by our 14-day refund policy. A practical route from India:

  1. 1. Buy USDT on Binance P2P (or another global exchange that accepts INR) using UPI, IMPS, or bank transfer.
  2. 2. Withdraw the USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network — it has the lowest fees.
  3. 3. Send it to the wallet address shown at our checkout. That's it.

Alternative: a foreign local method

If you have access to a wallet or account in another country (family abroad, a foreign e-wallet, a foreign bank card), these local methods generally accept top-ups from non-residents:

  • 🇵🇭 Philippines — GCash / Maya (PHP)
  • 🇮🇩 Indonesia — OVO / QRIS (IDR)
  • 🇲🇾 Malaysia — Touch 'n Go / GrabPay (MYR)
  • 🇳🇬 Nigeria — Bank Card (NGN)
  • 🇧🇷 Brazil — Pix (BRL)
The checkout will show and charge the price in that country's local currency at the live FX rate. Your bank or wallet may add its own conversion fee, so the final amount can be slightly higher than the USD price. Crypto is usually cheaper overall.

Refunds — 14 days, crypto included

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the report hasn't been generated yet. Once a report has been generated we review refunds case-by-case — any technical failure on our side is always refunded.

Crypto payments are covered by the same policy. Refunds for crypto purchases are issued in the same coin you paid with, sent to a wallet address you provide, valued at the original USD amount you paid.
